We eat it as a snack, on acai bowls, with almond milk and sliced banana almost everyday. Granola is often pricey at the market but it is very easy to make, so there is no reason not to make your own.

2 lb bag of gluten free organic oatmeal (not instant)
1 cup brown rice flour
¾ teaspoon salt
⅞ cup of maple syrup
⅔ cup olive oil
½ cup brown rice syrup

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and transfer onto two baking sheet pans. I line mine with parchment. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes, mix it around and increase temperature to 315 and bake until golden, about 10-15 minutes. Depending on how you like your granola (crunchy or softer) play around with cooking time.

Optional – add one cup dried fruit or chocolate or your favorite nuts.
