I have been fascinated with breath ever since I was pregnant, and it seemed the main way to survive giving birth was through breathing. Breathing is obviously something that we do automatically, but with conscious breath, we can change so many things, from the pain we feel to our immune response.
Years ago I learned about Wim Hof, his breathing technique, and cold therapy for the immune and nervous system. I believe there is more than one way to breathe and connect with the mind of the body, but I have found no better one than Wim Hof’s method. He also has the science to back up his claims.
