Recently I have seen a meme circling around that goes a little something like this:

YOU CAN EAT THE KALE, DRINK THE ALKALINE WATER, TAKE THE SUPPLEMENTS, DO YOGA…BUT IF YOU DON’T DEAL WITH THE SHIT GOING ON IN YOUR HEART AND HEAD YOU’RE STILL UNHEALTHY .

And I have to stay this has been true for me. There were times when my body was where I wanted it, but the dialogue inside was not.

This is the reason, that I combine “good food” with Gratitude. 
I want my meme to say:

YOU EAT THE KALE, DRINK THE ALKALINE WATER, TAKE THE SUPPLEMENTS, DO YOGA AND BECAUSE YOU  DEAL WITH THE SHIT GOING ON IN YOUR HEART AND HEAD YOU’RE HEALTHY
