I’m so happy you’re here. I want to take a moment to tell you a little about who I am and how I got to where I am today.

I’m a mom, vegan chef, former restaurant owner, self-help junkie, and now a cookbook author! I’ve worn many different hats in my life, but the one that matters most is the relationship between myself and my body. When these two things are aligned, everything else falls into place. I’m a better mother, a better chef, and more motivated to help others.

My health journey began 12 years ago when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and the doctor warned me that I had a 60% chance of developing diabetes 2 within the next decade. On top of that, I had been struggling with endometriosis and kidney stones. After two corrective surgeries, it always returned. 

When all of this happened, I was just shy of my 30th birthday. Far too young to be having these issues. I decided to take my life and health into my own hands. The first change I made was to go completely vegan. After 11 years, I’m happy to report my bloodwork is better now than it was at 29. No endometriosis, no kidney stones. Taking charge of my health changed my life. And now I want to share my experience to inspire you to do the same.

I want to help you along your own health evolution. I want to be the voice and support for you that I wish I had when I  started making changes to my own life.
